OUR MISSION:

Welcome to our 21st season. Prime Fantasy Sports started in 2003 and has taken our many years of experience in playing and operating fantasy sports leagues and provide you with what we hope is a simple and fun way to enjoy fantasy sports. 

The site is run part time, and we mostly do this for fun, so we offer much smaller leagues (usually less than 100 entries) to provide you with a realistic chance to win something, as well as do our best to offer you an affordable and enjoyable experience playing fantasy sports.

What we lack in size, we make up for with our quality customer service and immediate attention that you cannot get from other sites.

KEEPER LEAGUE SIZES:

Keeper football (2 leagues) and baseball (2 leagues) leagues have 12 teams per league currently. We don't offer a large number of leagues in order to provide the best possible service to each of our leagues and to keep them competitive year after year. (We don't want any dead teams. If there are, we act quickly to replace them with a new owner, even if it means in mid-season) If you're interested in playing, space is limited so please sign up, pay your entry fee, and get on the waiting list as soon as possible once you decide you want to play.

KEEPER LEAGUE RISK FREE GUARANTEE:

There is no risk involved in putting yourself on the waiting list to join a Keeper League. Because space is limited, your best option is to get on the waiting list early to ensure that you get a team for the upcoming season.

IMPORTANT: In order to get on the waiting list, you must sign up and pay your entry fee to reserve your spot. This is so we know that you are serious about wanting a team.

If there aren't enough teams available, team owners will be contacted in plenty of time for them to find another league. Their entry fee will be refunded 100%, or they can use it as a credit with us or stay on the waiting list for the following season.

Waiting list order is first come-first serve based on when entry fees are received. The earlier you signup, the higher you will be on the list. 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

Any problems that arise we would like to know about. An effort will be made to return responses as quickly as possible, and if there is a concern that our owners/participants may have, we will do our best to come up with a quick resolution.

COMMUNICATION WITH PRIME FANTASY SPORTS:

The primary method of communication will be email. If you have entered into a league or pool, please check your email often and let the commish know if you have any email address changes. If you are in a keeper league, it is recommended that you adjust your team settings inside the league manager to receive the appropriate emails as well.

Also, email providers such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail have been known to think that some of our emails are junk mail and place it in your junk mail folder. Please check your junk mail folder for any emails from Prime Fantasy Sports, especially if you don't hear from us in a reasonable amount of time. If you still do not hear from the league commissioner within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at info@primefantasysports.com.

NO SPAM, POPUPS OR 3RD PARTY EMAILS:

YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING BUT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO OUR LEAGUES AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE US AT SIGNUP. 

MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE WILL NEVER GIVE OR SELL ANY OF THE INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE US TO A 3RD PARTY WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. WE DON'T LIKE RECEIVING JUNK MAIL SO WE WILL NOT BE SENDING OR HELP ANYONE SEND YOU ANY EITHER.
